🗓️ 1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Return window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Item condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

 

Proof of purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

🔄 2. How to Request an Exchange or Return
To initiate a return/exchange, email us at contact@qloyaux.com including:

Your full name and order number

Item(s) you wish to return/exchange

Reason for return (or preferred new size for exchanges)

We'll respond with:

Confirmation and approval

Return instructions

Exchange item availability details

🚚 3. Shipping & Return Fees
 Free exchanges: We cover return shipping for size exchanges only (domestic orders).
🚫 Other returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-size-related returns.
🔁 All return packages must include tracking information.

💳 4. Refund & Store Credit Options
If an exchange isn't possible, we offer:

Store credit: Issued immediately upon return receipt

Original payment refund: Processed within 5-10 business days after return inspection

🚫 5. Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout)

Worn, damaged, or altered items

Items returned without original packaging/tags

📸 6. Damaged/Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged/incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@qloyaux.com with:

Clear photos of product + packaging
We'll prioritize your case for quick resolution.

🌍 7. International Orders

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returns may be subject to customs fees or delays.
